Made From Scratch Cookie Company, believes in customer satisfaction. We guarantee 100% happiness on all our baked goods. Our cookies and brownies taste best within 48 hours of receipt. So, therefore please contact us within three days of receipt of the purchased product.

All cookies and brownies are perishable, and a refund cannot be given. And can’t be restocked once it leaves our facility. We will be more than happy, to re-make the cookies or brownies for you. But it must be of the same flavor and can’t be that you wanted another flavor. All contents must be returned in the original packaging and with the entire contents.

If pickup or delivery was done, with the original product then the re-make items must be done according. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
